FOUNDER- THE FLORAL
JELLY ARTISAN
It all started with our founder, Victoria who has always had a passion for creating intricate art.
After graduating with a degree in Fine Arts (Honours) from Loughborough University of Leicestershire, England, Victoria joined the Singapore Police force to pursue her childhood dream. With her creativity and passion for art, she designed crime prevention posters and social media postings during her tenure in SPF. Victoria eventually stumbled upon the magical world of Floral Jelly Art and she was captivated by how the flowers looked so life-like and enchanting in the crystal-clear jelly.
As she spent long hours perfecting her craft, she began sharing her creations on instagram as a hobby. Soon, her following grew and people started to take notice of her incredible talent. Victoria knew that this was her calling and took the leap of faith by quitting her role as a Police Officer to pursue her passion full time.
At Petals, we believe that cake is more than just a dessert; it is a symbol of celebration and happiness, for family and friends. Victoria’s goal is to create the most intricate floral jelly cakes and confections to preserve unforgettable memories for every special occasion.
